garage band audio file recovery

So I was working on a project and recording on several tracks and consistently saving . When I got to the end (all work was done on the same day), I realized that I accidentally deleted some recording, and had continued saving, Is there a way I can see those audio files and recover them. When I try going to the package and control clicking I just get like 3 options like properties change color and change name, not "show package contents" as other forms suggest I should. Is it because Im not the computer's admin, or perhaps its on a server, Idk but I would really like to get those back.

Thanks in advance

Does your project show with a GarageBAnd project icon, or just as a simple folder in the Finder?

It should look like this and have the filename extension ".band".

User uploaded file

If the project is showing as a simple folder, you will not see the option "Show Package Contents". But then you can simply open the folder.

Only, if you saved the project after deleting your tracks, the package contents will no longer have the audio from the deleted tracks, but look anyway. sometimes GarageBAnd forgets to delete the recorded audio.

Otherwise, use your Time Machine backup. Since you are not the admin, ask the admin of your network, if there are hourly backups. Restore a copy of the project, from an hour before you deleted the tracks.
