Q: Removing Movies From iPad

When I unselect Sync Movies the movies which are already on my iPad are not removed. When I re-select Sync Movies it states that it cannot as there is not enough space - because it didn't remove them before!! I have 84GB worth of movies on the iPad so deleting them one by one is a long process. Why aren't they removed when I deselect and sync?

No need to do this using iTunes ..

Tap the Videos app on your iPad then tap Edit then tap the X.

From here > How to delete content you've downloaded from the iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store

I know that I can delete directly on the iPad but there are over a hundred movies so it's ver time consuming and I should be able to synnc from iTunes. I just want to understand why it doesn't remove them automatically. What does the sync function do if not syncronise the iPad library with iTunes.

I have been trying to do this too and I don't see a way. I really hate Itune since version 10. Anything after version 10 are a piece of junk. No more ipad for me after my current one..
