When I start my Windows 7 Home Basic the following message appears:
AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry point not found.
Could not locate the entry of the procedure xmlTextReaderSetErrorHandler un the dynamic link library libxml2.dll

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
In this situation what I would recommend would be completely removing the iTunes program and its related components from your Windows 7 computer and then installing fresh. Please use the following article for instructions for removing iTunes and reinstalling.
