I also had this issue, and here's how I resolved it:

The account I was attempting to login with was a highly privileged member of a team registered with the apple developer program, but the account WASN'T the "team agent", nor part of an iTunes Connect team (see: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/LanguagesUtilities/Concept ual/iTunesConnect_Guide/Chapters/Overvie… )

So I sent a request to the team agent, who signed in, configured iTunes Connect, and then invited my account to iTunes Connect. After he added my account, I got an email with a validation link. I clicked on the link and was then able to sign in to the iTunes Connect portal.

This probably won't solve all cases, but hopefully it will help someone else!

(Note: I did not have to wait 24 hours as mentioned in an above post)

Why on earth should I have to be a registered developer to connect my phone iTunes to my mac, this should be plug and play, really bad connectivity, really bad user experience and extremely badly thought out. I cant believe apple are churning this stuff out. Here's the message: Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect. Please sort this asap, I cant even comprehend why it doesn't work, and if you tell me I have to register as some technical admin login, I think you know what you can do with this product.....

Got same problem.

I've changed my log in e-mail, activated it through the link sent to my new e-mail and that's it. I can't log in to iTunes Connect, shows me this error "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect".
I can log in my Developer account, but not in iTunes Connect.
Also I contacted Apple Developer Program Support through e-mail. They gave me my case number -665965180. But there were no response since, it's already 2 days of silence.

I'm little bit scared, just want to know what I need to do to activate log in to iTunes Connect.

Please help.

SOLVED -
I too had to call the apple support line

they solved it over the phone.
In my case the developers account was missing a phone number - that can't be seen from the signup.

The apple team are very helpful -

just give a call.

took a total of 6 minutes 🙂

this is the list of international numbers

I hope it helps.

Exact same issue here.

I made a request (case number 684713499) 11 days ago.Since I'm still waiting for a reply, I just made another request (case number 690702406).

I guess it's good to note that my Apple ID was already added as a member of an iTunes Connect company account when I purchased the subscription to the developer program. The team-agent removed my Apple ID from their member 10 days ago but I still can't connect.

Did anyone got this problem solved?
