Dec 16, 2014 4:02 PM in response to smart design worldby bibitron3000,Ok I think I have information that will help anyone with the "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect" Issue.
The information I received from support is that there is a queue to get iTunes Connect access. The best thing to do is to call the App support directly and they will be able to check out your account and "enable" it for you.
Here are 2 App support specific numbers you can call:
As another user mentioned - make sure that you are added to the team if you are not the Agent on the account so that when you call you can make the request to have your iTunes Connect enabled. If you are not a Member or Admin on the account the representative will ask to speak with the account Agent.
I was able to get mine enabled during the call. Hope this helps!

Jan 21, 2015 3:42 AM in response to b1rkenby palimadra,@b1rken @lhaugh have you already signed up for the iOS Developer Program or Mac Developer Program? If you have not then you cannot login to the iTunesconnect account.

Jan 26, 2015 4:22 PM in response to smart design worldby Sanglih,I have a same problem. The site doesn't really explain but "Your Apple Id is not enabled" This is so not user friendly.
At least give me something rather than "Learn more" It keeps going back to iTunes Connect sign in page and no other explanation.
Do they actually care about the customers?

In my case the developers account was missing a phone number - that can't be seen from the signup. The apple team are very helpful -
just give a call.

this is the list of international numbers

May 28, 2015 10:12 PM in response to fpietotby shprink,I am in exactly the same configuration: "my Apple ID was already added as a member of an iTunes Connect company account when I purchased the subscription to the developer program. The team-agent removed my Apple ID from their member 10 days ago but I still can't connect."
Did you find a way to re-connect?
The developer's service *****, I am not gonna wait 10 days to be able to work again or I want my money back.
This plus the fact that it has been weeks that we cannot create certificate on https://developer.apple.com/ due to JS errors.... I am furious!
Check out https://twitter.com/hashtag/itunesconnect to see how people love your service!
