Aug 23, 2014 3:56 PM in response to alex_h1by TheHeadmare,I had the same problem. Everything is entered correctly. How about you come up with something I haven't already tried. Tech support is just reading off the internet, something I've already done. I spent an hour being bounced around on the phone. Finally was told I would get my money back. .

Sep 23, 2014 1:20 PM in response to TheHeadmareby r00fattack,I realize this is late, but I came across the fix a few minutes ago while helping a client. Along with the activation key, the email will say "Registered to:" . Make sure to type whatever that says into the activation window in Quicktime. My client's email address was automatically populated in the field, but needed to be her name as it was shown in the email AKA "John Doe"
