iPod been restored on Mac laptop can't connect to iTunes on windows

IiPod was restored on Apple Mac laptop I want to copy music to my iPhone 4 but can't with iTunes on my windows laptop why?

If you are still unable to connect to iTunes, then you may just want to restore the iPod on your computer:
