Q: I set up my daughter's devices under my apple Id. How do i get her her own apple id without losing everything on her devices?

I don't believe it's possible to transfer purchases from one account to another. If so, dishonest people could abuse the system by paying for an item once and giving it to others. You will need to repurchase them, unfortunately.

Restore it as new using her new AppleID.

She can still use purchases made with your account (but going forward she should use her own AppleID).

You can create a new Apple ID for her and set it up on her devices for iCloud and iMessage. Then her contacts and things can be backed up to iCloud under her Apple ID, and her iMessages will also be separate from yours.

You can, however, leave her iTunes, Music, and App Store with your Apple ID as before (you can use different Apple IDs for these different functions on iphones, ipads, Macs etc.). That way she keeps her music and purchases as before.
