I now have hoopla and it is on my mac and I want to use it with my apple tv… how do I connect it.. Thanks

You would need to use airplay mirroring. Your Mac meets the requirements, just ensure you are running OSX 10.8 or later.
About AirPlay Mirroring in OS X

If you have an IOS device you could install the app and use airplay from there
