Q: How to configure Hotspot2.0 in iPhone5 without using Apple Configurator?

Hello experts,

I want to configure Hotspot 2.0 on iPhone5 running on iOS7. I don't have MAC OS hence will not be able to use Apple Configurator to configure the services on the phone. Hence, request you all to provide some solution to configure Hotspot2.0 in my phone.
