synchronisation calendar macbook OS X10.5 with iphone

I have a Macbook OS X 10.5

and an IPhone 3 connected to iCloud

in the past I have always synchronized calendar, contacts, notes using iTunes

(last time was probably in May)

for some reasons what is happening now is that the iCal from my Macbook is transferred to the iPhone, creating a second entry, while the iCal on the iPhone seems to be ignored by the Macbook

can someone help ?
