Q: iTunes Producers Won't Launch

So, I downloaded both producers, but I don't know how to open them. It's like I don't have the proper program on my computer. I do have iTunes, but that didn't work. It just opened the Music store page. So I tried opening it in Word, Notepad, Internet Explorer, anything on the list. I'm running Windows 8.1 with the system stats:

I've uploaded ebooks to Smashwords, Amazon, Nook, Kobo, Google Play, and more before. iTunes is by far the most difficult and has the lengthiest process. I could go through Smashwords or D2D, but I don't want to forfeit a cut more than I have to. And now that I've come this far, I don't want to anyway.

Is it because I don't have an Apple computer? Please help?

*Sigh* I see. Well, thank you. I'm pretty sure this experience has put me off ever buying an Apple computer, if that is indeed the case. No other retailer has been discriminatory toward my choice of PC.

I'm sorry, if its some sort of consolation, we Mac users can't run natively Visual Basic a very important program for developing for Windows, we have to forcibly run Windows (virtual machine or a secondary partition). I know this doesn't solve or help you at all, but most companies are like this their software for basic developing
