iTunes Match
I just turned on iTunes match and it deleted 500 songs from my iPhone AND my macbook pro. How do I get them back?

Can you provide more detail. Was all your music on your hard drive of your computer? When did you subscribe to match and did match complete its scan of your computer? Do you have a back up?
