    Hey Louaira,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

So an iCloud window constantly pops up. One thing to try is close any running apps on the device. If that does not work and you still only have an iCloud window you may need to restart the device. If you are trying to sign in when it asks for the account information but is not accepting it follow the iCloud account troubleshooting article.

MarioTheproblem is popping up all over the place. AppleCare gave me a fix to reset my devices and that did not work. How aware is Apple of this and are they really working to resolve with the next patch?

I Have the same issue and occurs on both my iPhone and ipad so I suppose it has nothing to do with apps being open/running in background or with restarting the device(s). Correct?

    THanks, Federico

HI.....I faced the same issue and this is what I did....

Go to "Settings", select "iCloud", select the iCloud user id, select "contact information" and then see if there are any other ids present under email address other than your primary Id for which you have not provided the password. You can either enter the password for that I'd, or if not needed, delete it. my problem sorted out once I did this.

The same thing is happening to me. I am unable to use my old iPhone4 because this message keeps popping up. I don't have cellular service on it anymore, and it won't log on to my Wi-Fi network because this "Sign In to iCloud" message pops up every other second and prevents the phone from connecting to the home network. Entering the correct Apple password does not prevent the message from repeating since the phone can't connect to the network. This is one of the most annoying things imaginable. Even when I turn off the Wi-Fi, the message still pops up over and over. Why should it be trying to connect to iCloud when there's no internet connection? How dare you make a product do this, Apple? I might have to seriously reconsider buying Apple products in the future. :-/

This is an old question, but this happened to me today as well. I resolved it.

iCloud was asking for an app-specific password. This is different than your Apple password, or your computer/iPad password. To generate an app-specific password, go here:

    https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage

and scroll down to "Security," then click the little "Edit" link over on the right. (This information is BURIED on Apple's web pages; I found it in my browser history, not via any sensible navigation. Shame, Apple.)

Scroll down to "App-specific passwords," click "Generate password," name it something (e.g. 'iCloud'), and then copy and paste that password into the dialog box that keeps appearing. I had to paste it in twice, and get two text messages with login codes, but it has (for this morning!) solved the problem.
