Can't sync Notes iCloud on MacBook Pro Mavericks

I am running Mavericks on MacBook Pro new generation.

I can't set Notes sync. Every time I try I get this message:

"Notes can't be enabled at this time. Wait a moment and then try turning on Notes again."

I logout and login many times from iCloud without results.

To get the iCloud mail working I had to configure it manually going to other accout because it couldn't configure automatically.

All other items are syncing and working nice.

On my iPad an iPhone, Notes and all iCloud services are syncing and working perfectly, so I think the problem is Mavericks??

The service status of iCloud is OK on the Internet.

I tried all suggestions I found in community answer about this subject but nothing seems to work for me.

Any ideas? Thank you very much.

Thank you Allen A,

Finally I found the problem. It was the DNS.

I am using Bell services and when I added an open DNS like 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 the problem went off.

I don't know if the problem is on Mavericks but the curious thing is I am using the iPhone and the iPad on the same network, same router with the same DNS given by Bell (not including the open) and they are working and syncing perfectly.

Thank you very much 🙂
