Q: movies will not play from cloud, trailers do and special features but not the movie

I am trying to play a movie that I have watched before on my pc. The special features and extras will play without delay or issue.  The movie refuses to play or even acknowledge that I have he the play button.  I have existed full screen and the movie does not load or show that it is downloading in iTunes.  I rented some movies earlier this month that did this and required the customer service to refund them and let the reload so I am worried.

If anyone has a solution to this problem please help.
