Q: Installing Packages to MessagePad 2000 Without Interconnect cable?

I just bought a MessagePad 2000, but it doesn't have an interconnect cable. Is there a way to transfer the 2010 date fix patch to one of the 2MB flash cards it came with, and install it directly on the device?
