Q: My iTunes and App Store won't accept the new password that I reset, why?

Couldn't get into my iTunes and reset the password. Now I can get into it from my other devices, not my iMac. I've reset the password twice with no resolution. Can anyone tell me why this is occurring, and what I can do to resolve it?
