my Apple Id Disabled

Apple ID Disabled. It appear in my iphone that my apple id has been disabled for security reasons. To enable my your account, reset your password at appleid.aplle.com. I try to reset with email authentication but i dont have email that is end with @icloud.com, how can i create an email with a @icloud.com to verify my reset password.

Please help me! Thank you in advance.

How do I sign up for iCloud?
