Q: My iphone 4s 32gb has been water damaged

My iphone 4s 32gb has been water damaged and i want to get it replaced are there still products of that kind to replace it. The iPhone won't turn on so I need to get ot replaced, because Apple has stopped the production of iPhone 4s 32gb.
