A couple questions about publishing?

I am learning about pages and ePub...

I assume that I use iTunes Producer when I am ready to publish to iBooks with an ePub file?

Also, I have not discovered any information about pixel size for images with ePub files (Books)

do I go by the standard that I used with iBooks Author or is there a different standard?
