What can i do about all of the "Pop ups" that i have been experiencing here just recently?

Just here recently, i have been experiencing these "Pop" ups and videos just popping up and pages just opening behind my current internet page and its irritating me. What can i do?

I have gone through all of my settings and have not found anything that really addresses the issue or does anything to avoid these unwanted pop ups.
