Logic with Avid Omni & Native Card

Hey all. I've been running Pro Tools HD on the PC side as I like having both platforms readily available, with the Mac solely dedicated to Logic. For a variety of reasons I'm now considering switching my Avid hardware over the Mac (replacing my MOTU 2408 mkII). Any recent experiences using Logic with a Native card and Omni? I'm working in ML 10.8.5. I know from searches that there were a number of issues with the early Avid Native driver releases, but haven't seen any mentions of it for awhile. Any advice appreciated.
