It's not really clear what you're asking, but iCal/Calendar can export data in ICS format, which should be readable by any standards-compliant calendar application.

Also try syncing iCal with Google Calender

Download Smoothsync (Play Store) it will synchronise iCloud calendars with an Android device. (assuming that you use iCloud calendars)

I just installed "iSync Calendar Cloud" onto my new android phone and so far it is syncing my iCal to the phone beautifully and was easy to setup and use. Hope that helps
