Insecure Startup item disabled

Just got a new Mac Pro and did Migration Assistant from my old MP running 10.7.5. I get a message on startup: "Insecure Startup item disabled. “/Library/StartupItems/Hptsvr” has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings."

How can I fix this?

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4), The new Mac Pro

Is that RocketRAID utility?

If so, uninstall it then re-install it.
