Problems with Internet or Airport Extreme?

Lost Internet connection

I have router airport extreme

Contact my internet provider

On this told me to ask about the apple router

I trying to set up my PPPoe for Internet

System is saying no server

On screen for airport router shows no Internet connection

However on modem

I have dsl interest

All 4 lights are on showing connection

Yet I have no internet

Checked all my hardware all fine

Main computer is a IMac and it's fine

I try to connect internet direct from modem to computer no router and same situation

Also did try to my other computer an old windows laptop and same situation

ISP provider said could be on their side but to try with apple as well

I think problem is with my Internet provider

As I troubleshoot everything and no Internet

Any suggestions?
