Q: Cannot initialize watchdog service

I've this constant message in my console (tried with different user accounts) :

10/08/2014 22:22:17,219 watchdogd[2095]:  [watchdog_daemon] @(    wd_watchdog_open) - IOIteratorNext failed (kr=0)

10/08/2014 22:22:17,219 watchdogd[2095]:  [watchdog_daemon] @(      wd_daemon_init) - could not initialize the hardware watchdog

10/08/2014 22:22:17,219 watchdogd[2095]:  [watchdog_daemon] @(                main) - cannot initialize the watchdog service

10/08/2014 22:22:17,221 com.apple.launchd[1]: (com.apple.watchdogd[2095]) Exited with code: 255

10/08/2014 22:22:17,221 com.apple.launchd[1]: (com.apple.watchdogd) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds

Note that sometimes i also have :

10/08/2014 22:22:07,000 kernel[0]: The USB device Apple Internal Keyboard / Trackpad (Port 5 of Hub at 0x14000000) may have caused a wake by issuing a remote wakeup (2)

If i alert about that it is because i observe also very annoying comportment in debugging my AIR application with Flash Builder, so i suspect these issues are linked.

Any idea ?
