I have my girlfriends old iPhone 4s and its not sending iMessages to her new iPhone 5c i have updated and copied everything from my old iPhone to her old one. it sends iMessages to everyone else just not her. We can normal text each other and ring each other perfectly.

Thanks but i have looked through all that and there's no resolution for the problem. I have tried a few things but its still the same.
Maybe the issue is with your gf phone - does she have imessage activated?
since you can imessage everyone else except her.

Are you guys using the same apple id for imessage? Is your phone number check for imessage?
She can also send and receive imessages to other people.
nah we both have out seperate accounts signed in and our phone numbers are checked.
I would double check both your settings for imessage phone number and apple id.
What happens when you try to send her an imessage?
It comes up in the blue box when i press send but after that it comes up with the red explanation mark and underneath says "Not Delivered"
Usually this happens when one user is in an area with a weak wifi or cellular data signal.
then the imessage will ask to either send again or send as SMS.
this happens to me when my signals are weak.
We are both connected to wifi and this still happens. :s
Have you both tried when on cellular data?
yes it still does the same thing? maybe ill have to take it to an apple store?
The next troubleshooting steps:
Restart - Reset - Restore from backup - issue still persist restore as new.
You can take it in to Apple - but there has to be a setting issue between you two, since you both can imessage other people.
Double check that you guys haven't accidentally blocked each other
