Aug 12, 2014 8:36 AM in response to cobojoeby cobojoe,I like to shoot my work as RAW images. All my other camera have always downloaded straight into Aperture. This little Lumix will not. Aperture will down load its jpegs but no Raw stuff at all. so i can't do as you said using the browser as I can't get a Lumix RAW image into Aperture even though it is allegedly supported

Aug 12, 2014 8:53 AM in response to cobojoeby Frank Caggiano,To be sure you have the correct Raw Camera Bundle software select the following line (triple click anywhere on the line)
/System/Library/CoreServices/RawCamera.bundle
Now with that line selected control click on it and select Services->Reveal in Finder from the menu. The Finder will open with the file selected now control click on the file and select Get Info. In the Info window what is the version shown for the bundle?

Aug 12, 2014 9:04 AM in response to cobojoeby Frank Caggiano,OK so just to be clear you are running 10.9 not 10.10 (Yosemite beta) correct?
As Léonie asked what happens when you try to import from the camera? Any messages? Try making a new library and importing an image from the camera into it. Does that work?
Is this a new setup or have you been able to import from this camera before?

Aug 12, 2014 9:14 AM in response to Frank Caggianoby cobojoe,Ok. This i don't understand..
While we have been chatting, I have the Raw images still awaiting to be feed into Aperture. I have idly reset the import settings back to default and bingo all my pictures are revealed and have loaded...
sorry to have been a burden, but it seems all ok now.
Thanks to all for your support. I have also saved £100 as I have been looking to go to Capture One as Aperture is being phased out.
