Among the steps, I would attempt resetting the printing system along with restarting your computer and the printers.

i did all the 101 installing printer set up nothing worked, rebooting everything, etc etc
it started with my macbook and when i tried printing with iPhone it did the same thing as macbook -
"no printer found"
nothing is working
on my macbook the "Add" Printer is gray and frozen no pop ups no printers listed
i tried using ip address for printer and computer does not recognize anything
