Q: networtk

really hope someone can help me well every time i wake up my mac or start it up it automatically connected to the network but after about 1 or 2 hours later it shows no network and no longer have wi-fi and no networks are discoverable it jus says wi-fi is not set up or no internet connection everything including another mac and 3 iPhones in the same house never lose wi-fi and have no problems. if y'all can send me any kind of help it would be great thank you

Might be corrupted network preferences ..

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy paste the following:

/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration

Click Go then move all the files in the SystemConfiguration folder to the Trash.

Restart your Mac. See if that makes a difference.

Your Mac will generate a new SystemConfiguration folder for you.
