somebody is using my email address as her apple id and downloading apps. I need to know how to delete these Apple ID (my email addy) The last time somebody downloaded with my apple id was in US. I really need help.thanks

If someone else is using your Apple ID the way to stop that is to change the Apple ID’s password. You can do that using the steps in this article -
