Q: Problem changing book price

I'm trying to change the price of my book from 99 cents to 1.99. This has worked for the other two books I have, but one refuses to change. I've logged into iTunes Connect, gone to Manage My Books, Edit Rights and Pricing, filled out the fields and confirmed - but the price remains 99 cents. Why? What am I doing wrong?

I am having a similar problem - in my situation I'd like to set the price to $21.99 and the system is only allowing $14.99, and the edits are not taking effect. Would like to solve this problem.
