Public wifi pop-up bypassing restrictions/parental controls. how do we block the unprotected internet access?

Hi everyone -

When connecting to a public wifi spot, an agreement window pops-up in settings. Sometimes, upon acceptance, the pop-up directs the user to google, or sometimes the host party's website. And nine times out of ten, the host party's site has social media integrated within the site.

As you can imagine, safari's parental controls are totally bypassed. Essentially, the pop-up window becomes another safari. Without the restrictions.

There is only so much a parent can control. Your kids are going to find a way around them no matter what you do. If they can't get to it on their device, they'll use a friend's. If they can't do it on their computer, they'll do it on some other computer. You've just found one other way around parental controls. Welcome to the cyber-world. They'll see it all once they're of a certain age, anyway.
