Adobe Acrobat Reader vs Preview

I have been using preview for reading pdf documents. Are there advantages (or disadvantages) to using Adobe Acobat Reader? How about the full version of Adobe Acrobat? Also anyone have experience with AppZapper? Thanks!

If all you need to do is read or see pdfs, then I much prefer Preview to Acrobat, because it is smaller, simpler and loads much faster. If you need to create sophisticated pdfs with various capabilities, then Acrobat is the app of choice.
AppZapper works quite well. There are occasions it hasn't always found all the associated docs for a particular app.
