Wifi issues

Hey guys,

I'm on macbook pro retina 13" bought in may 2014 running on mavericks 10.9.4.

It's been nearly a week, I think since the last update that I have issues.

The first time it happened, I was on FaceTime and the connexion was really bad and then I had no more connexion, no more highlighted wifi sign. I had to reconnect to my home wifi.

For one moment I thought it was my broadband which was faulty so I restarted it but it happened again.

Then I tried to FaceTime with my iphone and it didn't have any connexion problem and I could browse on internet normally.

Therefore, i thought that it might by my computer which has the problem but nothing happened.

The connexion was there, no connexion cutting, nothing.

So I tried FaceTime once more and again, connexion problems and wifi that disconnects by itself.

Does anyone has the same problem or have any type of solution ?

Thanks in advance.

Hey lucagobbo,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

Sounds like you are having a connectivity issue with wifi. Take a look at the My Mac does not connect to the Internet section in the first article. The other two articles are to help make sure everything will run as smooth as it can.
