Q: iPad mail displaying email that was archived on computer

Hi all,

I have an iPad Air with iOS 7. Mail that I archived on the gmail web interface still displays on the native mail app on my iPad.

Otherwise, the mail app is working perfectly.

Any suggestions on how to correct this?
