You need to buy the right printer.

The iPad uses a print technology called AirPrint. Airprint is a particular communication protocol that flows over WiFi.  So, having a WiiFi printer isn't sufficient. The printer needs to be of an Airprint variety of WiFi.

The Epson XP-410 is indeed an AirPrint supported printer.  But printing to it has absolutely nothing to do with Bluetooth.  Instead, the printer and iPhone must be on the same WiFi network.

I've rebooted the phone, as well as the printer.

power down all devices.  reboot starting with router then printer then ipad.  Could be another device interfering so don't power other devices up.

These things can be frustrating.
