Q: Getting "An unknown error occurred (-50)" when trying to download my purchases

For the past few weeks I've been getting "An unknown error occurred (-50)" when trying to download my purchases. I've tried downloading from past purchases and by clicking on the cloud symbol on the files in iTunes itself. Same every time.

I'm using iTunes version 11.3.1(2) running OS 10.9.4.

iBook G4, Mac OS X (10.4.10)
