Q: I purchased my itunes card manually entered the code and it is rejected saying that I need to redeem it at the store.  went back to the store and they say it has already been activated.  What do I do?


I purchased an iTunes card and manually entered the code into my ipad.  It was rejected and I was told to redeem the card at the Canadian store.  I went back to the store and they say that the card has already been activated.  What do I do?

iPad 2, iOS 7.1.2, Itunes Card isn't activated

    What country are you in ? The message that you got means that you are trying to redeem a Canadian issued iTunes card on an account which doesn't have a Canadian billing address on it - are you in Canada and have a Canadian billing address on your account ? All iTunes gift cards are country-specific
