Q: I composed a response to an e-mail that came into my iCloud mailbox. When I sent it out i received an error message. Will I be able to retrieve the e-mail I composed? If so what are the steps. It is not in my drafts.

I responded to an email thread on my Macbook Air iCloud account. Shortly after sending it i received an error message regarding settings. When I went to close the error message I was unable to find the e-mail I composed. Is there a way to retrieve it? If so, How??

If your email didn't go out, you please check other mail boxes as well, including checking online with a browser.

2. If you're using OS X Mail or accessing your iCloud Mail (icloud.com/mail) using Safari or another supported web browser, check your Drafts, Sent, and Outbox mailboxes:

Try also doing a search in Mail for the content.
