I'm experiencing extreme message delays in group mms - we're talking hours here. Also, I'm not receiving all of the messages in the group Or they are out of order. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 4s to an iPhone 5s. Any ideas?

iI've seen discussions online referring to others experiencing the same issue. I was hoping someone in this group had the magic solution. Apple support had me do a hard reset on my phone ,but it has not solved the problem.
Mms is a carrier feature, so what did your phone carrier say when you contacted them about your issue?
