Q: How do I deliver sound from mixer into other applications without latency?

I've got a mixer delivering audio into my Thunderbolt port. I want to take the mixed audio, on channels 15 and 16, and input those into VOIP app and video recording apps. I'm using LineIn and Soundflower to accomplish this. However, LineIn is adding in a lot of latency which is a big problem for the kinds of recordings I'm doing.

What are professionals out there using to minimize this latency?
