After successfully backing up my drive via Time machine yesterday I received the error message:
The backup disk image “/Volumes/Time Machine Backup Disc /iMac-10 .sparsebundle” could not be accessed (error (null)).
Latest successful backup: Yesterday, 10:12 PM
I do not know how to resolve this error.

Restart it in either of the following ways:
☞ Disconnect and reconnect the power adapter.
☞ Select the device in the AirPort Utility application and then select
Base Station ▹ Restart
from the menu bar.
If AirPort Utility notifies you of a firmware update, install it.
I have a similar error response with saprsebundle error 0 - I followed your advice and restarted via the Airport utility, but to no avail, the next back-up attempt was not able to be completed. Any further suggestions? Should I erase the disk and do a new install of time capsule?
