Itunes will not connect

Every time I try to connect to Itunes on my laptop it states: Itunes cannot connect to Itunes. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active. Then try again. ... I have done everything to fix this with the firewall, reinstalled etc still no change. Please help I am trying to redeem my movie on here and cannot. Thank you

Sounds like you are giving it a good shot with troubleshooting.

It would be good to know what the Network Connectivity Tests show.
