cant restore my contacts to my loaner iphone!

Hi I cant restore my contacts, from iTunes to my loaner iPhone. I had a 32 GB and they gave me a 16 GB but they said I could easily restore my contacts.

and IT WONT LET ME. Help?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

Part 1: Scanning and Restore Contacts on iPhone Directly

Step 1. Run iPhone Data Recovery and choose the mode of recovery

Step 2. Get into the installation system and scan for deleted Files

Step 3. Restore lost contacts on iPhone

Step 1. Select the Mode of Recovery

Step 2. Choose the Backup File to Scan
