Q: cant restore my contacts to my loaner iphone!


Hi   I cant restore my contacts, from  iTunes to my loaner iPhone.   I had a 32 GB and they gave me a 16 GB but they said I could easily restore my contacts.

and IT WONT LET ME.   Help?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2
