WHY WITH OS 10.9.4 ALL MY PRINTERS STOP WORKING

I had OS Snow Leopard system and by mistake i update to OS 10.9.4 Maverick and now all my printer stop working. Any way to go back to Snow Leopard.

First off, 10.9.4 is not a Classic operating system. As for going back, you either have to recover your backup, or make a backup and piecemeal recover the information from the backup after reinstalling 10.6 as system items from 10.9 will not work with 10.6. Macs make before March 15, 2010 as new can use the 10.6 installer disc still available at the Apple Store.


Macs that are newer must use their prebundled disc for 10.6 that can be ordered for a nominal fee from AppleCare.


Before jumping to conclusions, tell us what printer make and model numbers you have. Perhaps at least one of them is supported by Apple's latest updates. See this FAQ*:

If they are, it is just a matter of using Apple's latest update, or the manufacturer latest update. I've asked this thread be moved to the Mavericks forum.
