How do I enable my iPod touch and connect it to my iTunes?

Hello. I just made a new Apple Account because I forgot my old one. Also, my iPod touch (generation 4) is disabled and has never been with my new account. .How do I enable it and connect it to my iTunes?

If you've forgotten your old account then do you have any of its downloads in your computer's iTunes library : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name

If not then see if your can find it via http://appleid.apple.com : Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID

For your disabled iPod, there are instructions on this page for how to reset it back to factory defaults, you can then restore/resync your content to it : iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
