I can't download any apps due to invalid credit card information

Obviously there is a problem with the information entered for your credit card. You need to check that info carefully to make sure what you have entered in your Apple ID account is exactly the same as on your credit card. Your billing address and other info needs to be exactly correct as well.

my credit card asked for a security code and i tried my pin number and the three digit code on the back of my card and still wont work keeps saying its temporarily unavailable, try again later well i tried it again the next day and still wont work. i have 8 apps that need to be updated on my iphone and i cant do anything about it because supposibly i have the wrong security code..........i need serious help

Contact iTunes support. NObody here can assist with billing issues.
