Please re-state your question, it does not seem to make much sense as it is currently written. What appears in a Safari window is the web page that the user has navigated to.
Sorry about that. When one opens Safari, there are "elements" or items that are outside of the web page that the user has navigated. There is a toolbar, a favorites bar, a tab bar and a status bar. Where are each of these located on the "greater" safari window?
I'm sorry, I am still just not getting what you need. Perhaps a screen shot with some annotated notes using Preview would help.
