Over the last 5 weeks I have been receiving AD emails I have to open them so I can forward them to spam@cloud, every day there is a new one I thought with Apple you weren't supposed to get these type of emails

Where did you hear that? Everyone gets junk emails.
SPAM email is simply a fact of life. There is only so much any provider can do to slow them down, much less stop them.
Just delete them. Usually if you look at the 'from' address you'll see just some random gibberish moweirwnfwer@ or the such, meaning that blocking them does no good because these folks make an address, send spam, abandon it.
I once heard that 60-80% of the e-mail sent was spam.
In some cases, just opening the mail can confirm to the sender that your address is a valid one and they'll hammer at you even harder.
